Packaging

Fine art prints are shipped rolled (unframed) in a robust protective tube to ensure their safe delivery. We take great care to wrap and package each item adequately to support its journey to you. However, please note that once the rightful recipient has signed for the package or provided authorisation for goods to be left without a signature, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items. Your satisfaction with our products is our priority, and we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience.

Orders Processing Time

Fine art prints are normally shipped within 1-2 weeks from purchase.

Australian orders: allow an extra week for shipping time.

International orders: the shipping time will vary depending on international postal services and will be communicated once the print is dispatched.

Note that any items shipped internationally may be subject to additional fees and duties imposed by customs authorities. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible for paying any taxes and duties levied by the destination country. Jogsia Photography cannot provide specific information on the amount of these duties. Ensure that you are aware of these potential fees before making your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please reach out to us as soon as possible to address any concerns.

In the rare event of a damaged during shipping, contact us promptly with photographic evidence and a description of the damage to expedite resolution. Your cooperation helps minimise any further delays and once verified, we'll promptly issue a replacement for your damaged item.

Be aware that each print is custom-made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

Ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping details, and replacements or refunds will not be provided in such case.

Framing your artwork

Proper framing enhances the presentation of artwork and also safeguards its longevity. Opting for UV protective antireflective glass, although pricier, offers a superior viewing experience by eliminating unwanted reflections and shielding the artwork from sun damage. When framing your artwork, bring it in its original packaging to your local framing specialist for expert assistance—they'll know exactly how to handle and preserve your artwork.
